Maxine Barasch focuses her practice on prosecution of patent and trademark applications both domestically and internationally. In addition, Ms. Barasch represents clients in IP transactional matters, including licensing, manufacturing and development agreements, and litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Barasch was an attorney with her own practice, Maxine Barasch & Associates, PLLC, in Albany, NY, for four years, as well as having worked at Mark Levy & Associates, PLLC in Binghamton, NY.
Ms. Barasch is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New York State, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of New York, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She has been inducted into the National Order of the Barristers for excellence in courtroom advocacy.
